How to Getting Free Public Records, Some people find that getting access to public records is one of the friendliest and useful tools to for researching someone’s past for criminal charges.
Arrest records are strictly public records except, where the subjects are juveniles or when it is judged to be against public interest of official proceedings or for security reasons. All other records are freely retrievable through other legitimate services made available to the public.
