Apple Can not Use iPhone name in Brazil?

Apple Inc. will have to fight for the name iPhone in Brazil. Media reports said on Wednesday that regulators in Brazil has rejected a request from the technology giant in Cupertino, California to register the iPhone trademark in Brazil. The reason? Electronics manufacturers in Brazil, IGB Electronica Sam has registered the trademark first. Wall Street Journal reported that according to the law in Brazil, which is not like the rules in the U.S., said that the first party to register its trademark, he gets it, regardless of whether the trademark was used for the first time by the other party or to bring more value and a known brand them.
